Summer Fun with Portraits! Love, love, love this little guy! I've been photographing him since he was 3 months old. You may remember him from when he modeled a Strasberg outfit for a photo shoot I put together for the store in Saddle Creek, Germantown, TN.

My son last Christmas. I love that smile!

It is that time of the year again! Please call me as soon as possible if you would like to have portraits done in Oct or Nov.  October is almost booked up but as of today, I have a few spots still available.

My December schedule for portraits will be minimal due to travel for an all new art collection that I will be photographing in the Bahamas!! (Due out next spring.)

This is the Venetian Hotel in Las Vegas- Beautiful!

This has been a fun yet busy few months! In March I attended a photography convention WPPI. Wedding and Portrait Photographers International where I met photographers from all over the world! I think there were something like 15,00 photographers there!! Wow! I was a small fish in a big sea! Learned a lot and had a blast in Las Vegas! My first time there! I saw the Phantom of the Opera at the Venetian Hotel, took in a Cirque show at the MGM Grand and had lots of great food!

In April life took me to New York, New York! What fun I had seeing all of the sights and sounds of the city! It was fabulous! I spent some time with an artist friend Bernette Rudolph. You can see her work at www.BernetteRudolph.com! She and I had a great time in the city visiting the art museums and galleries! A big thank you to Bernette for her wonderful hospitality!

Michelle East Studio WPPI Convention in Las Vegas!

I am off to Las Vegas! Out of the studio for the week!

I plan to have limited time on email and phone this week

but I will get back to you!

For those who are not in the photography field, WPPI stands for

Wedding and Portraits Photographers International.

The convention is a wonderful time for me to get continuing

education in photography, photoshop, lighting, and posing.

I will be in class most of the time however, I do hope to see

a little bit of the city!

There is also an awesome trade show where I can get all the scoop on

new props, backdrops, equipment, etc..... Basically spend all my money!

I can't wait to bring back to my clients all kinds of new and fresh ideas from photographers

all over the country!
